Our focus is on self confidence, fitness training, weight loss and strength training through the art of pole. Most students feel timid and shy when they enter the studio for their first class but by the end of the lesson they feel strong and welcome. We offer classes in a safe, secure and supportive environment.

It is not difficult to see why pole dancing is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of exercise. It is a great way to lose weight, and to improve flexibility and co-ordination. It targets abdominal muscles, shoulders, arms, and back and helps build lean muscle. Not to mention it is much more fun than going to gym!
